¾ cup water 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 packet Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Mix 2 tablespoons oil ¾ pound sliced beef 1 pound diced broccoli PREPARATION
- In a separate bowl, mix water, soy sauce, and Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning together, then set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil. Then add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli then stir.
- Add the seasoning mixture you set aside and stir for 1 minute, or until the sauce thickens.
- Serve and enjoy! 2 tablespoons sesame oil 3½ cups fresh veggies, cut 1 cup beef broth 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 packet Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Mix ¼ teaspoon black pepper 8 ounces lo mein, cooked and drained PREPARATION
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the veggies and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp and tender.
- Stir in broth, soy sauce, vinegar, Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning, and pepper.
- Stir frequently until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
- Stir in the lo mein, serve, and enjoy!
