1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce ⅓ cup water 2 tablespoons oil 1 pound shrimp 2 cups of veggies DIRECTIONS:
- Mix Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, and water in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Then add shrimp and cook until pink and firm.
- Add veggies and stir.
- Add seasoning mixture and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.
- Serve and enjoy! 3 pounds boneless pork roast 1 cup apple juice or water 1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix ⅓ cup soy sauce ⅓ cup sesame oil or canola oil 2 tablespoons minced garlic 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce 6–8 kaiser rolls, split and toasted 1½ cups coleslaw mix DIRECTIONS:
- Place pork roast in slow cooker.
- Combine apple juice (or water), Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, sesame oil (or canola oil), garlic, and hoisin sauce. Stir well, then pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 8–10 hours.
- Remove meat from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks, reserving liquids.
- Spoon pork onto kaiser rolls, then top with coleslaw.
- Serve excess juices on the side as a dipping sauce and enjoy!
