1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce ⅓ cup water 2 tablespoons oil 1 pound shrimp 2 cups of veggies DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, and water in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Then add shrimp and cook until pink and firm.
  3. Add veggies and stir.
  4. Add seasoning mixture and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.
  5. Serve and enjoy! 3 pounds boneless pork roast 1 cup apple juice or water 1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix ⅓ cup soy sauce ⅓ cup sesame oil or canola oil 2 tablespoons minced garlic 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce 6–8 kaiser rolls, split and toasted 1½ cups coleslaw mix DIRECTIONS:
  6. Place pork roast in slow cooker. 
  7. Combine apple juice (or water), Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, sesame oil (or canola oil), garlic, and hoisin sauce. Stir well, then pour over roast.
  8. Cover and cook on low setting for 8–10 hours.
  9. Remove meat from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks, reserving liquids.
  10. Spoon pork onto kaiser rolls, then top with coleslaw.
  11. Serve excess juices on the side as a dipping sauce and enjoy!
